An Introductory Explanation of Destiny Tuning

Destiny tuning is a term used by Heather Matthews to identify what she thinks is lacking in the explanation of the Law of Attraction. According to a review by the owner of www.subliminalmindprogram.com  Matthews is the first one to use this term. This reviewer also says that she never quite got what this destiny tuning was which, according to Matthews, if you understand and put into practice would change instantaneously and drastically your life for the better.

There is a YouTube presentation entitled “Destiny Tuning”. A viewer would expect that in this presentation a clear description or explanation of destiny tuning would be given. Unfortunately he or she would only learn something about it, namely that it is vital to understand this and incorporate it into one's daily routine, but he or she would be left hanging as to the real meaning and explanation of this. As the reviewer said, she bought the whole program of Matthews, read the whole thing, put into practice all the prescriptions given, but at the end she did not quite know what destiny tuning was.

Here is my explanation of destiny tuning. What Matthews said about it is true, from what I have experienced. But she left viewers and readers hanging as to what this is. And some of these may get the impression that what Matthews was really interested in was to sell her program for $47. For sure the knowledge you get about destiny tuning is worth more than $47 because it will surely change your life for the better. But one wonders why Matthews sells this knowledge for $47 when from her own assertion she is already financially independent. Why does she not just give it away for free?

My explanation will necessarily be theistic because I am a theist with no apologies for being one.

Destiny tuning is really what the words mean, tuning in with one's destiny. “Destiny” is defined by a Webster's dictionary as “the seemingly inevitable succession of events”. “Tuning” according to the same dictionary is 'adapting to some condition, mood, etc.' So destiny tuning is basically adapting to the events in one's life that are seemingly inevitable.

The two most inevitable events in our life are our coming into this world and our departing from it. And it is most important that we tune in with these events, that is, we adapt our life to harmonize with these two events. 

If we say we come into this world, we imply that we came from somewhere. Biologically we came from our parents. But spiritually we came from the Spirit, the Creator. Our parents were only instruments of this Creator who created us in this world. Again biologically we inherit certain characteristics of our parents, their skin color, their natural intelligence, their customs and even their habits. And without our even knowing we tune in with these characteristics of our parents if we are to survive in this world.

Spiritually also we inherit the characteristics of the Spirit who created us. I will only point out two characteristics which have not been given due emphasis in our quest for success in life. These two are the Spirit's infinity and creativity. If this Spirit is infinite and creative, by our being generated from him we are also infinite and creative. And this is what most of us forget.

We forget that we are also infinite like the Spirit because all around us we see finiteness. In fact we are too familiar with the phrases “finite man”, “finite beings”. It was the Greek philosophers who drilled this into our brain. Because of this conditioning we have imbibed, we see a finite supply of food, of natural resources, of wealth. The result is poverty and the science of economics on how to solve this poverty. 

We also forget that we are creative. So we admire inventors and geniuses who give us new things and new ideas, forgetting that we ourselves by birth and by right are also inventors and geniuses. We admire entrepreneurs who create businesses, forgetting that we are by nature entrepreneurs.

Now you know what destiny tuning is all about in a general manner. It is adapting ourselves to our condition of being infinite and creative. How this is done in a practical and effective way is the subject of succeeding posts.

Now you know what destiny tuning basically is, without giving me a cent for giving you this knowledge. Later I will write how you can practice it in your life and your life will just have to change for the better, even financially.

And if you do not have a guide who will tell you what works and what does not work, then you may spend months, or even years, testing this program and that program. And after so many trials you are just as dead broke as when you started.

The question then is: How do you find such a good guide?

The general answer is by searching in the Internet. The specific answer is by getting the recommendation of somebody whom you can trust. This guide will not get your money. He will only teach you how to join free programs in the beginning. Later when he thinks you have some kind of experience in internet marketing he will recommend paid programs which he has tried to be effective in earning online.

A test I use to find a good guide is to write to these persons who present themselves as guides in internet marketing. If they correspond with me promptly and honestly then I take them as good guides. If they do not answer my email or they are not prompt in answering and they offer one program after another, I drop them from my list of good guides. If they answer with an automatic autoresponder I drop them from that list.

There are thousands of advertisements for earning money online. Very many, or perhaps most of these, are scams. They are advertisements that promise you that you can earn money fast, big and continuously but are intended only to take away your hard-earned money.

I once fell a victim to this kind of advertisement. It promised that by 4 o’clock in the afternoon I would earn online and I would earn big and continuously. To Earn Online Avoid Scams

If you really want to earn online, the first warning you should be given is to avoid scams. There is plenty of these in the Internet and if you fall to any of these you are not going to earn online. Instead you are going to lose both your money and time in this kind of work.

What Scams Are

Scams are programs which will use you in order that they can take advantage of your money and time. They usually promise you big gains and for you to get these big gains they will require you to pay something. If you pay, you will never get back your payment or the big gains they promised.

There are scams that start out free. They will let you register for free. Then before you get to see their actual program you will be given an OTO or One Time Offer. This may be an e-book (electronic book which you can read by downloading it to your computer) or another program which offers you more gain or helps you to gain some more money. It you reject this One Time Offer you will usually be given another offer of a lower price with less benefits. If you still reject this a still lower price may be offered. Then if you still refuse you will be shown now the actual program. Of course, there are good programs, not scams, which use OTOs. But scams also use this approach.

If you sign up for a free program, you may be told right there and then or later that your free program will not really earn you much. The owner of the program will offer you an upgraded version of it, this time with a fee. Because of the promised greater income if you upgrade, you may be lured to give the payment through your credit or debit card or through a payment processor like paypal which also has to be used in conjunction with a credit card. Then you promote this program day after day, week after week until you discover you can no longer login to your members’ area. So you write to the owner or staff of this program but there will be no answer. You have been scammed.

How To Detect a Scam

How can you stay away from such scams when in the first place you did not know they were scams?

There is a way but it may time your time. What you do is before registering in a program you copy and paste its program name to a google search space. (If you are unfamiliar with this, open your browser by clicking the icon or small image of Internet Explorer or of Mozilla Firefox or of whatever browser your computer may have, then type google.com on the top rectangular bar, after deleting all the letters, numbers and figures there and then after you write these letters google.com, you press the Enter key of your computer. An empty rectangle somewhere in the middle of your computer screen will appear with the word “Google Search” below). Type or copy and paste the name of the program on the space above “Google Search”, then put a space, then type the word scam, then press your Enter key. An example of this may be “www.earnfast.com scam”. (The underlining is not there when you type, there is no need to underline.) There will be a list of websites with brief description of the program whether it is a scam or not. Read the full explanation by clicking the first line. After reading you can decide whether it is a scam or not.

You see, there are several programs also in the Internet which study and monitor these scams. They write reviews of these programs and give their reasons why they think such and such programs are scams or not. Usually they will tell you the IP address of a program which is a scam and tell you that other programs using this IP address are also scams. (IP means Internet Protocol. It is the computer address, not a postal or residential address, of a certain program.)

Some scams will not force you to upgrade, like PTR or Pay To Read programs. You can see your earnings online and they tell you that after your earnings reach a certain amount, let’s say $10,000, the earnings will be sent to you after 30 days or so. When you reach this amount, you naturally request for the earnings, but they may no longer reply or they may ask you for another requirement like turning in some email addresses of friends. After you comply with that requirement they may require another or you may never hear from them again. You have been scammed of your time. In the meantime you will receive another offer from them but this time the name of the program is different. They can write to you because you have given them your email address. They will then begin another cycle of scam with you.

Scams Usually Do Not Have Forums

Also look for forums of the program. If a program has no forum, most probably it is a scam. A forum is a place in the Internet where people of like mind gather to discuss issues, including problems related to that program. Naturally if a scam has a forum people there will discuss that it is a scam. That is why scams usually do not have forums. They do not provide a place for people to discuss that they are scams.
